Organized by Asian & Oceania Aroma Association (AAA), Asian Aroma Ingredients Congress & Expo (AAIC) was set up in 2010 in India, and has been held five times within India, Indonesian and China; Asian Aromatic Oils Conference (AAC) was set up in 2016 in India, and has been held twice in India and Indonesia. AAC-AAIC has become an important conference in Asia and even in the world.

On AAC-AAIC2018, April,2018, Indonesia, China got the right to host the 6th AAIC and the 3rd AAC, and then announced AAC-AAIC2020 will be held on April 21-24, 2020, Haikou, China. Due to the influence of pandemic, now it has re-confirmed to be held on May 13-16, 2024, Haikou, China

Full name for the conference is: Asian Aromatic Oils Conference 2024 & Asian Aroma Ingredients Congress & Expo 2024, also called as AAC-AAIC2024. During the 4-day event, 500+ participants of planters, processors, traders, users, aromatherapists, technicians, perfumers, researchers, scholars, NGOs and other associations from all over the world are estimated to join. 50+ booths, 30+ speeches, 2 field trips and many other arrangements are provided for the participants.
